There is no sense in trading one unhealthy habit for another and I understand the concern of potentially gaining weight after you quit smoking. My program gets at the root problem and changes unhealthy habits for healthy ones. This enables you to stop smoking without the weight gain.

We offer two programs to quit smoking:

The First Program is what we call theAccelerated” program, which takes 2 sessions. This program is designed for the person who is highly motivated to quit smoking and is more of a social smoker. The two sessions are usually scheduled within 2-5 days apart. We can get you to quit or cut down easily after the first session, however, the second session is the most important session as this session will sever any mental or emotional ties with the cigarettes.

The Second Program that we offer is our therapeutic program, which usually takes an average of 5-6 sessions. Since everyone is different, the number of sessions may vary from person to person. For some, this may be sufficient, whilst another may need fewer or additional sessions.  All our sessions are one-on-one and are confidential. This program is designed for the person who has tried to quit many times before, and every time they try to quit, it has been too stressful, emotional, or upsetting. The cigarette is their best friend or buddy, and they feel that their “buddy or best friend” will fix everything whenever they are stressed, angry, bored, emotional, upset, etc. We usually schedule the first two sessions about 2-5 days apart and the subsequent sessions are scheduled approximately a week apart. For the first session, we have a video for you to watch and some paperwork for you to fill out before your session and it almost always takes about 2 hours.
